Description
This 5-days course will cover the following topics:
- Overview of technologies for single cell omics, fundamentals of NGS, microfluidics (1/2 day)
- Sample preparation for single-cell and single-nuclei droplet-based and plate-based assays (1 day)
- Preparation and quantification of scRNA-Seq libraries (1 day)
- Preparation of tissue and generation of cDNA for spatial transcriptomics (1 day)
- Basics of single cell and spatial transcriptomic data analysis (2 days)
Quality Controls, best practices and “tips and tricks” will be discussed.
Audience
